Rotary Core Values diversity integrity service leadership fellowship. Rotary people of action

Do these core Rotary values resonate with you?

Rotarians are expected to abide by the Four-Way test in their business, professional and  personal lives.

Four Way test is it the truth, is it fair to all concerned, will it build goodwill and better friendships, will it be beneficial to all concerned.
Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise.

Do the four elements of the Object of Rotary seem reasonable and attainable to you in your everyday life?

If your answer is yes then we would love to hear from you.

As with all things in life, balance is key.  Family first, business second, Rotary third - and all is good in the world.

As a Rotarian you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop lifelong friendships and strong networks by working with fellow Rotarians on local, national and global service projects.

  • Serve society by following high ethical standards as embodied in the Rotary Four-Way Test.

  • Use your professional expertise and knowledge to make the world a better place.

  • Advance international understanding, goodwill and peace by joining with other Rotarians in a global fellowship united in the ideal of service.

What is expected of a Rotarian?

As a Mooloolaba Rotarian you will be expected to:

  • abide by our codes and values in your professional and personal life, as expressed above.

  • attend club meetings as and when you are able.  We would hope you are able to attend at least 50% of meetings to connect with other Rotarians, share ideas and participate in club activities and projects.

  • contribute to the development of projects and activities that benefit our local and international community.
